Property information

Sunshine apartments is run by Fragi family. Surrounded by open countryside set with woodland. Modern property, picturesque grounds are ideal for families and couples seeking a relaxing holiday in Corfu. Comfortable accommodation whilst the large gardens provide an excellent safe place for children to play. The apartments are on the North part of the island of Corfu, 35 km from Corfu town (Kerkyra) airport and the port, 900m from the center of Sidari, 300m from the famous beach Canal d'Amour, 1100m from the Sunset beach in Peroulades Village and 100m from Apotripiti Beach.

Neighbourhood information

Within walking distance – just two kilometers – from the tourist resort of Sidari is the small, antiquated village of Peroulades. Very unlike Sidari, with its cosmopolitan air, Peroulades exudes romance and serenity. It is a village that has remained untouched from a tourist’s point of view, with a strong Venetian element, that offers the visitor to this area a totally different perspective of Corfu. Entering the settlement, the Venetian seal is visible, mansions with a Venetian walk and coats of arms and roofs with a classic light-colored Byzantine tile, stimulate interest in this very different environment, which was once a thriving community. The village is not densely populated, however it has accommodation; hotels, apartments and villas and is suitable as a destination for those who want to enjoy a relaxing holiday and the beauty of the unique landscape. There is a mini market and a cafe-bar, with parking above the main point of interest of the area, Loggas Beach, one of the most impressive beaches, not only on the island but also worldwide. Also you can visit Cape Drastis, Apotripiti Beach and Canal D'amour.
