Villa Suolo spreads across 440 sq m and offers a private setting with seven bedrooms, each offering a blend of comfort and luxury, perfectly accommodating up to 14 guests. Every room is thoughtfully appointed with high-end furnishings, COCO-MAT mattresses, premium KORRES bathroom products, and plush robes and slippers, all crafted to enhance your ultimate comfort and self-care. Upon entering Villa Suolo, you'll be greeted by a spacious open-plan living and kitchen area, complemented by a playroom, a spa room, and five beautifully appointed bedrooms. Four of the bedrooms on the ground floor feature a King size bed (1,80 x 2,00) with a mattress topper, which can be formed into two twin-size beds (0,90 x 2,00), upon request. These bedrooms also consists of an ensuite bathroom with shower, an open closet, a 43” Samsung TV, a self-controlled A/C, and direct access to the pool area. The Master bedroom of the ground floor features a Queen size bed (1,60 x 2,00) with a mattress topper, which can be formed into two twin-size beds (0,80 x 2,00), upon request. This bedroom also consists of an ensuite bathroom with a stand-up shower and a refreshing open-air bathtub, an open closet, a 43” Samsung TV, a self-controlled A/C, and direct access to the pool area. The ground floor features a playroom, with PlayStation 5 an also includes a mini fridge for easy access to refreshments and a corner sofa. This space also features an LG washer and dryer for added convenience. Nearby, you will find the spa room with a three-seat sauna and a four-seat jacuzzi. Accommodation cost excludes Climate Resilience Tax. The amount for the accommodation type is set at 15 euros per night from April to October and 4 euros per night from November to March, payable upon check-in.

The surrounding area is a quiet, natural environment ideal for relaxation but also very close to all kinds of shops, restaurants, and various services. The closest living area is the village of Gerani where you can find many traditional taverns, mini markets, butchers, and pharmacies. The city center of Rethymno is only 8 km away. Close to the villa, you will find several beaches that you should visit. The most popular one is the long sandy beach of Episkopi which is 5 km away with various organized spots with sun beds, taverns, and beach bars or secluded quiet spots, and the long sandy beach which lies in front of Rethymno city (8 km away). The villa’s location is ideal for one more reason, it is only 1 km to the main national road, thus making excursions around Crete a very easy thing to do. It is beyond any doubt that our villa combines both unique privacy but also easy access to facilities and places, offering a rare luxury to shape your holidays just the way you like.
