Please respect the quite hours (14:30 – 17:30, and 23:00 to 8:30 ) - Check-in between 14:00 – 20:00, check-out by 10:00 am. Early or late check-in or late check-out depends on availability and has an extra fee. -•Three Graces will change your bed linen and towels and will clean the apartment/ room on departure or after the 4th night if your stay is longer than 6 nights .Cleaning time is from 10:00 so please keep in mind we might wake you up. Pets are not allowed. All apartments/ rooms will be given one set of keys there is no possibility to give quests a second set. - Scooters and motorbikes of all kind, should park at the outside parking and are strictly forbidden to enter the Complex. - Guests must fill a Registration Form with personal data needed for Tax Authorities, during check-in. Non-Acceptance will cause the cancellation of booking. No guests/visitors allowed on premises anytime unless included in the original reservation.

The Three Graces Holiday Houses Complex is in Agrilia, at the beginning of the main road of Laganas. The area is particularly quiet for those who want tranquility and relaxation, but also in a relatively short distance (less than 1 km) from the tourist part of Laganas. Laganas is one of the most popular resorts of Zakynthos, with all tourist infrastructure (restaurants, taverns, bars, shops, water-sports etc.). It is also home to the national marine park, where the protected species of loggerhead turtles (caretta-caretta) come to nest. Laganas beach is one of the largest on the island, 9 km long, with warm, shallow waters, ideal for children.
