A newly built 78 sq m modern 2 story Town House in the heart of the historical center of Athens. The House features a spacious living room which includes, a large couches and 40" Flat Screen. For privacy and peace of mind the apartment features double layered windows and curtains and electric shutters are available throughout the apartment. Natural ventilation and sunlight is excellent but for those extra hot summer days air-conditions are installed throughout the apartment. Central heating and hot water is also available on demand. The apartment also features a spacious garden where one can sit and relax. The Master Bedroom features a King Size Bed with a full sized closet and a spacious balcony overlooking the street. An extra bed can be made available upon request to host 5 people in total. The kitchen is a full-sized and fully equipped with Refrigerator, Stove, Dishwasher, Microwave, Toaster, Electric Kettle, Coffee Maker. The house features two bathrooms a main and a guest. Both are fully equipped. Speed Wi-Fi is available through the house for free.
I am always available for any kind of help you may need during your stay. suggestion and tips on restaurants, bakery, brunch and nice café. My aim is to make your stay pleasant and comfortable. P.S. I can arrange for your comfortable pick up from/to the airport and port at very competitive ratings.
The house features a unique location at the foothill of mount Filopappou and is very close (5-10m walk) to numerous landmarks (Acropolis, Acropolis Museum, Herodes Atticus, Temple of Zeus), restaurants, cafes and bars found throughout the historical center (Thiseion, Plaka, Monastiraki, Psiri) but provides a nice quiet stay at the same time. The house is also located in a traditional functioning neighborhood where services such as traditional bakery, butcher shop, pharmacy and supermarket are all available at walking distance. The house is a 6 minute walk to Thiseio station, 10 to Monastiraki , 15 min beautiful walk through the pedestrian pathway to the Acropolis, and 5 minutes to Filopapou Hill for amazing hikes. The picturesque neighborhood of Thiseio is peaceful, full of neoclassical gems, beautiful coffee shops, bars, Greek taverna, a lot of restaurants, an open air cinema and is located very close to Ermou Street one of the main shopping areas in Athens.
