154 sqm on two floors with an individual entrance. Total freedom for up to seven guests. All major Athenian sites are at walking distance and the area is filled with excellent bars and restaurants at a short walk.

The house is located in the historical center of Athens, a place that is very lively in the morning with shoppers and at night with people that visit this area for entertainment. Full of bars and restaurants. Ermou street, the main shopping street of Athens, is located at one minute walk from the house.
