Το διαμέρισμα βρίσκεται σε κομβικό σημείο του Καρπενησίου, στο χωριό Νέο Δερμάτι, δίπλα στο Νέο Μικρό και Μεγάλο Χωριό. Είναι μόλις 1 λεπτό από τον κεντρικό δρόμο Καρπενησίου-Προυσού. Βρίσκεται δίπλα στον ποταμό Καρπενησιώτη. Το διαμέρισμα είναι περίπου 70τμ, με τρία υπνοδωμάτια και δυο μπάνια, που φιλοξενούν έως 6 άτομα. Είναι πλήρως εξοπλισμένο και ανακαινισμένο πρόσφατα.
