Our recently renovated modern spacious apartment awaits to host groups of friends, families and couples that look for a cosy, comfortable place in a perfect location. It is built to a high standard with all modern accommodations to make your stay as pleasant as possible and offers free Wi-Fi, a washing machine and air conditioners. Situated in walking distance from Kallimarmaron and the commercial center of Athens, it will provide the perfect spot for a long stay or a weekend in the capital.
Passionate about the hospitality industry in all its forms. Sociable, always open to new challenges, I enjoy making new acquaintances and like my guests to have a great time! I have a passion for traveling, exploring new places, living new experiences and then share it with our guests. My goal is to provide the best possible accommodation experience and to give our guests a taste of the Greek way of living. I really like to give our guests the opportunity to enjoy complete privacy, like living at home. However, I consider myself a "local connoisseur", and I enjoy sharing my secrets! Before your arrival and throughout your stay, I will be more than happy to assist you in any way: Proposals for tours, sightseeing, shopping, dining and drinks. Moreover, I can help you organize excursions to nearby destinations and provide you with information about events that take place in the city during your stay.
The house is located in a quiet and safe residential area on a very privileged spot, a few meters from Kallimarmaron, Zappeion, Syntagma Square with the Greek Parliament, Kolonaki that is the classiest neighborhood in the city center and Evangelismos Metro Station. The area is one of Athens' oldest, most historical neighborhoods and became very popular in the past years as many restaurants and coffee shops have popped up making it a lively place to hang out, especially during good weather times (that is to say almost all year long in Greece). Upon your reservation, we will be more than happy to email you a local guide with tips and suggestions for the neighborhood.
