Built with lots of attention it takes advantage of its location, offering stunning views of Mount Ainos and across the surrounding countryside and the sea, with the bay of Argostoli in sight. It is located on the hillside above Argostoli in Lakithra. The residence is 10 min. drive from the airport while within a few minutes walk you can find a mini market, a bakery, cafe grills and restaurants. The villa measures 148m2 and occupies 2 floors. It sleeps up to seven people in 2 king size, two single and one sofa bed. It is well-furnished, providing a fully equipped kitchen with a free-standing fridge freezer, and a sink unit complete with utensils, 2 full bathrooms, one half and an ensuite shower. Housekeeping is included in the price (once in a week's stay). Linen, bath, and pool towels are also provided and also changed once in a week's stay. The premise features a private swimming pool with terrace and sun beds around.
