Beach with small rocks and sand a few meters from the house. Nice sunset view from the beach. Lovely common area, ideal for children to play. It is close to Volos enough to have an urban bus connection. There is a beach bar/cafe 150 m away, a fish tavern 300 m away, and many more taverns/restaurants are on the nearby villages. A Bakery, a Grocery/Small Market and a Butcher shop is 1.5 km away, a supermarket is 3.4 km away and bigger supermarkets are 6.4 km (MyMarket) and 7.1km (Lidl) away. Public urban transport to Volos city (Bus n. 5 - Platanidia) A tavern and a cafe in walking distance.
