Villa Apoplous is a 70 m2 comfortable, traditional style villa with excellent facilities for couples, families or groups of friends. Fir extra comfort, this year, 2024, we are adding a small pool at the back terrace of the house. It is situated in an enviable seaside location in Assos, providing peace and tranquility as well as spectacular uninterrupted sea views. It is a cosy and spacious accommodation with modern amenities that will make you feel at home. The villa consists of 2 air-conditioned bedrooms, a living room with a sofa that can be transformed into two beds, accommodating two extra guests, a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with shower. In the outside area you can choose among three nice spots to relax in the big terrace. At the front you will find a dinning area, a lounge and sunbeds where you can relax enjoying the sun and the astonishing sea views, whereas at the back you will find a small pool 2mx4m and sunbeds to relax. An extra sitting area can be found at the side of the house, where you can relax and enjoy your breakfast. There is a private and secure parking space inside the premises too.

Hello, I am Eleni, the hostess of Villa Apoplous. I have spent all my summers as a child in this house, so I keep a lot of loving and joyful memories. I inherited this house and renovated it in 2018, but due to commitments I haven't been able to visit it as much as I would like. That's why I decided to share its beautiful position and views with my guests, hoping that new amazing holiday memories will be created in this house!

Villa Apoplous is situated in the beautiful village of Assos and offers spectacular sea and sunset views and access by path to the sea. Assos village is very close by and you can stroll into the center and take advantage of the tavernas and cafes. There is also a gift shop and mini market. The small bay is wonderful to swim in and is very safe for children. Walk up to the Venetian castle or take a longer hike and admire the stunning scenery. The villa is located close to the northern and central part of the island where the major Kefalonia attractions are situated. You can find Fiskardo and the wonderful beaches that surround it, the dramatic Myrtos beach, Ag.Effimia village, Melissani cave and Antisamos beach.
