Property is located in 2000 sqm plot and we have new very nice looking garden. The Villa itself is in two level - in 1st level there is one bedroom with own balcony, wc/bathroom, living room and kitchen. In 2nd floor there is two bedrooms with own balcony , wc/bathroom/waching machine ond one balcony the width of the entire house with fantastic views of the sea !
Situated off a private, gated rural lane with access to only 3 villas, surrounded by a picturesque landscape of silvery green olive trees, and with breathtaking views to the sea. This Villa is an excellent choice for individual guests who value their privacy, but also for larger groups and families who like to holiday together whilst having their own space to go to when required !
