Located in a peaceful village of Zouridi, the newly built one-storey 145 sq. m villa offers the best comforts to our guests. It can accommodate 4 people in beds and up to 6 people if it is necessary. Entering the villa and as you go through the hall way there are 2 double bedrooms, both with direct access to the pool area. Then there is a bathroom with shower which is fully designed to be accessible with a wheelchair. Additionally a WC is found in the same area. After the hall way there is a spacious open plan area consisting of the living room with large sofas and a 32” HDTV. Additionally for the more athletic types there is a treadmill in the same area. The large window from the living room area leads you to the outdoor terrace, garden and pool. Next to the open plan living room area there is a dining table and a fully equipped kitchen of top quality fixtures and appliances. The beautifully landscaped outdoor area of the villa offers a variety of facilities and spots for relaxation. The whole outdoor area is totally private and fenced, offering privacy to our guests. Starting January 1, 2024, a new Greek tax was introduced which is called the “Climate Crisis Resilience Charge,” requiring a fee of 15 euros per night from April to October and 4 euros per night from November to March. The amount needs to be paid in cash or by card upon your arrival at the villa.

The villa is situated in the old settlement of Zouridi, within the borders of the municipality of Rethymno and constitutes part of Rethymno's northwest complex of traditional settlements, such as Argiroupoli and its natural springs, Episkopi, Roustika, Ag. Konstantinos, etc. The old settlement is a small village with few residents and it is at 254 meters altitude from the sea's level. The whole surrounding area is a totally quiet natural environment ideal for relaxing but also being very close to all kind of supplies shops, restaurants and services. 12 km away from the villa, there is the closest beach of Episkopi which is one of the best sandy beaches of the north coast with many beach bars and taverns. The beach Episkopi took its name after the homonymous village (Episkopi), which is only 9.5 km away from our villa. The village of Episkopi has shops, traditional taverns, cafes and some supermarkets for your supplies. Additionally the neighbouring smaller village of Agios Konstadinos (1.4 km) and Agios Andreas (7.3 km) also have some shops and restaurants.
