The quaint, simple and comfortable interiors of Villa Fegari are part of its rustic charm, but the real allure of this property is the view of the rugged coast below. Make the most of the sea and mountain views by enjoying breakfast or pre-dinner drinks in the private outdoor space, which will include a brand-new private pool for summer 2023. Mochlos is on “the road less travelled” as it is not well known to tourists, offering an authentic insight to Cretan culture. A 3-minute drive or a 15-minute walk will take you to the heart of the village, where you can enjoy a meal at a table just inches away from the sea in one of the many authentic waterfront tavernas. The village of Mochlos is wrapped around its pretty beach, which is a 3-minute drive or a 15-minute walk away from the villa. With beautifully clear waters, the beach is great for snorkeling. If you are a serious swimmer, cross to the Minoan ruins on the island just offshore. But while this hidden corner of Crete feels blissfully removed from modern development, Agios Nikolaos and Sitia are just a 45-minute drive away.
