Villa Hara Faragi is a detached vacation rental property located in Maroulas, Crete. Villa Hara Faragi can sleep up to 7 people with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Offers air-conditioning and Free Wi-Fi. Enjoy your own private pool with barbecue. The entrance opens into the living area with stone features including a large archway into the kitchen. Also on the ground floor are 2 twin bedrooms with large family bathroom. An internal staircase leads upstairs to the master bedroom suite with bathroom, which occupies the whole of the upper floor. From the bedroom, doors open to a beautiful sunny balcony with views over the pool and sea beyond. As per BeachVillas’s Terms and Conditions, all groups of travellers under the age of 25 years are required to pay the Refundable Security Deposit (RSD). The RSD is 150 EUR per person, and covers each traveller provide against damages and breakages. In case of any damages or breakages, BeachVillas will have the right to use the sufficient amount to cover the costs of replacements and repairs. Providing nothing is broken the full amount is refunded to the traveller after their departure.
