The villa is located on a hill by the sea. It is close to Perdika a picturesque village and Moni a pristine island that is visible from the property. Close by you will find Aiginitissa and Marathonas beach. In a few kilometers is the main town of Aigina and not far away the temple of Aphaia and the monastery of Saint Nektarios and the town of Agia Marina.
