Villa Jessy is located in the countryside of Parikia, at a very special area with no immediate neighbors. The nearest house is about 50m. away, hidden by the small olive orchard at the entrance of the garden. A private swimming pool will be available as of July 2021. The villa has a 90m² living room with plenty of open space offering a sense of airiness and openness. The villa is brand new, in cycladic architecture with a modern feel, simple with full amenities. The view from the front terrace is breathtaking - with the Parian countryside, mountains and the port in the background. Six of the guests can sleep in the double bedrooms, while 4 guests can sleep in the living room -the sofas two open into double beds. There is 1 foldable baby cot available, upon request at the time of booking. The total capacity of the villa is max. 10 guests (including infants & children). The villa is available for events upon prior arrangement. Please note that smoking is allowed at the outdoor areas. You need to have your own means of transport. Please make sure you notify us in advance about the time of their arrival. We will wait for you at the villa for the check-in.

Fragiska and Dimitris are a local couple who have built this villa with a lot of love and care. They live in Parikia, and guests are welcome to contact them any time for anything they might need. Here are some extra facilities included at our villa: Two smart TVs - HD, 50", connected to WiFi (one in the living are and one at the dining). Big speakers (with AUX connection) at the TV living room. Laundry room with washing machine, portable clothes' drying rack, iron and ironing board and a fire-extinguisher. Hot water 24/7. First aid kit in the bathroom.

The area of Villa Jessy is called Kalami, a small hill overlooking Parikia. The nearest beach is Livadia at about 2km. At about 3.3km you reach the long sandy beaches of Marcello & Krios, with crystal clear waters and protected by the north winds. Naoussa is about 8km away and the port of Parikia at 3.5km. The nearest neighbor is more than 50m. away. The villa has full privacy, still guests should avoid very loud music or other very loud noise during national quiet hours (approx. 15:00-17:30 & 23:00-07:00).
