The villa is located upon the hill of Kafkales in the village of Maleme. This particular spot was extremelly important during the World War II, since it included the control of the airport of Maleme and all the surrounded areas. After the defeat of the Greek forces at that spot, the Germans conquered the whole island. The villa has been built respecting the surrounding physical environment, offering comfortable spaces in several spots around it. It sits inside a vast yard of olive trees and the fence is fully built using material of the local ground. There are 3 bedrooms, all with ensuite bathrooms. Ground floor: 2 bedrooms, living room, dining area, fully equipped kitchen. Basement: living room, bedroom with dressing room, mini bar, playroom with Smart TV, private bathroom, fridge and coffee maker All spaces are air conditioned / heated. The villa offers a charger for electric vehicles with an additional charge. Special Offer: The heated pool is available for an additional cost of 80 Euros per day. For stays of a week or longer, the weekly rate is 500 Euros. Please note, the heated pool performs optimally when the outdoor temperature is 28 degrees Celsius or below, and can be heated up to a comfortable 29 degrees.
