Property information

Villa Kondarini near Gaidaros beach: a two-story, 240 sq.m. maisonette with a breath-taking sea view, which sleeps 10 persons and features a swimming pool! Entering Villa Kondarini, you will find the spacious living room with view of the sea on your left, as well asthe dining area. There is also the second living room with a fireplace and a comfortable corner couch. On the same level, you will find the fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom that features a double bed and a bathroom with a shower. The first floor features an open-plan office with a desk and a PC, as well as three bedrooms, one of which is a Master bedroom with a double bed – the other two are equipped with two single beds each. On this level, you will also find two bathrooms, one with a shower and one with a bathtub. If your group consists of more than 8 guests, we can add two foldable beds to the bedrooms with the single beds. Both floors have furnished balconies, and all rooms enjoy a beautiful view of the sea. The basement is equipped with a pool table and a treadmill. The outdoors features a 7m x 3m swimming pool with loungers and parasols, as well as a built BBQ and a dining area!

Villa Kondarini is located just 230 metres away from the sandy Gaidaros beach, in the area of Tragaki, Zakynthos. The area is quiet, has a beautiful view of the sea, and enjoys a close proximity to the worldfamous resort of Tsilivi, where you can find many bars, nightclubs, restaurants, super markets and taverns! What’s more, Gaidaros beach is suitable for families with young children as it has shallow waters!
