Unless you want to sleep in the sea, you couldn't be closer...Stunning, custom, exclusive and traditional Villa located directly on the beach. Step outside the house and go for a swim... Fall asleep with the relaxing sound of the waves... The house is reachable with a 4x4 from the beach. If you don't have a 4x4 you have to park your car in Plaka port and from there walk 750mt (having the seaside on your right hand) until you see Villa Nanita. This is what makes the place so unique..
The house was built in 1982 by Nanita & Aleksis. Now that they are too old to enjoy the place, their grandchildren Annalisa & Yannis are willing to enliven the house again and offer a pleasant stay to people from all over the word that will appreciate the uniqueness of Villa Nanita.
The small distance from “Leonidio” village (3km) and from the cozy touristic port “Plaka” (750mt), where you will find several traditional local tavernas, ensure an enjoyable and relaxed stay. Villa Nanita is yet ideally located whatever type of holiday you are looking forward to. Villa Nanita is located In the province of Kynouria and at just less than 3 hours drive from Athens, in the township of Leonidio, built between the sea and the foot of the mount Parnon.
