Through a journey that started in 2001, Oreo Travel was founded by Stratos Beretis, an experienced member of the Greek Tourism Industry, a Graduate of the Department of Economics of the University of Crete, and a Master's Degree Holder in Tourism Business Management. Having passed through several management positions, he was won over by the occupation with tailor-made tourism services, especially in inbound tourism in villas, independent properties, country houses and small holiday rental units. Oreo Travel started as a representative of global tour operators and continues to this day with an ever-growing network of partners and properties in Crete, Peloponnese and Athens, in line with the new promotional and managing methods. Our goal at Oreo Travel is to promote the properties we partner with in the best way possible, by solely operating as a booking agent on behalf of our partner-property owners, whom we advise and guide in providing high standards of hospitality for their guests, in accordance with the regulations and the laws that govern the accommodation industry. Furthermore, we are constantly available for our guests to answer questions, solve potential problems that may arise while booking or staying in and to recommend services that may be needed to facilitate their stay and maximize their travel experience (car rental, transportation, tours, excursions and concierge services). Just a short drive from Heraklion, the capital of Crete, the villa blends peaceful village charm with easy access to the beach and local taverns, only a fifteen-minute walk away. Heraklion International Airport is conveniently located 18 km from the property, making Villa Nikos an excellent base for exploring the island. On the ground floor, guests are welcomed into a bright open-plan living area. The cozy living room features a comfortable seating area with a TV and a dining table for six, while the fully equipped modern kitchen includes an electric stove, refrigerator, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, and all necessary utensils. Large sliding doors open to the spacious veranda with an outdoor dining table and direct access to the pool area, creating a seamless indoor-outdoor experience. A WC is also located on this level. The first floor offers a large master bedroom with a king-size bed, en-suite shower/WC, and a balcony with beautiful views. Two additional twin bedrooms, each with its own balcony, share a shower/WC. All bedrooms are air-conditioned and include a TV. On the lower level, guests will find a spacious room with a small gym and an extra shower/WC. Outdoors, Villa Nikos provides an inviting setting for relaxation. The private 21 sqm pool (1.50 m deep) is the highlight of the terrace, surrounded by sun loungers and umbrellas. A barbecue area and an outdoor dining table for six create the perfect atmosphere for alfresco meals under the Cretan sky.
