Villa Panorama is nestled on a hill side, the villa enjoys incredible views of Souda bay and offers full privacy to our guests. Located next to Sternes village and only a five minutes drive away from the well known sandy beaches of Marathi and Loutraki, the villa poses an excellent holiday base and allows you to make the most out of your holiday in Crete. Villa Panorama covers 230 m2 and can accommodate 10 guests in 5 bedrooms and up to 14 guests if necessary. The outdoor area is complemented by the stunning sea views and the outdoor facilities include: - A 33 sq.m. private swimming pool, 1,30-1,45 m. deep with step access, that can also be heated with an additional daily charge for the entire stay (please note that the pool heating requires at least one week’s advance notice). The pool terrace is equipped with 12 sun beds, 4 umbrellas, an outdoor shower and a lovely hammock, a garden swing. - Spacious lawn covered areas around the pool are ideal for the kids to play and also for adults to relax. A meditation and relaxation spot offers yoga equipment, as well as a massage table, so you can keep your body and mind active. Massages can be arranged upon request with an additional charge. - A sports field, offering football nets and a basketball hoop. - A cosy cinema spot is also available at the garden, featuring a 75’’ TV and seating area with floor cushions and a sofa. -Charcoal barbecue facilities with outdoor sink and small fridge are available under a pergola, above the pool, also offering a table for 8, perfect for al fresco dining. Two more dining/seating areas are also available outdoors. -Parking space for 2-3 cars Accommodation cost excludes Climate Resilience Tax. The amount for the accommodation type is set at 15 euros per night from April to October and 4 euros per night from November to March, payable upon check-in.

The whole surrounding area is a totally quiet natural environment ideal for relaxing. In Sternes village you will be able to find a bakery, mini market, pharmacy and restaurants. Additionally the neighbouring village of Pithari has a butcher, gas station and supermarket. Kounoupidiana which is the largest village of Akrotiri peninsula (9 km away from the villa) has even more shops and amenities. In Akrotiri area you will find some remarkable historical monuments, century-old monasteries and churches, impressive caves with rich lithological and archaeological interest. If you are looking for big markets and entertainment, then Chania city is a 20 minute drive away from the villa.
