The first floor includes a double bedroom with A/C and sea views, a twin bedroom with A/C and sea views, and two family bathrooms, each with a bath and shower. The downstairs apartment, accessible only from an external entrance, features a cozy living room with a sofa, A/C, WiFi, and satellite TV and equipped kitchen with dining area. It also has a twin bedroom with A/C and a family bathroom with bath and shower. As per BeachVillas’s Terms and Conditions, all groups of travellers under the age of 25 years are required to pay the Refundable Security Deposit (RSD). The RSD is 150 EUR per person, and covers each traveller provide against damages and breakages. In case of any damages or breakages, BeachVillas will have the right to use the sufficient amount to cover the costs of replacements and repairs. Providing nothing is broken the full amount is refunded to the traveller after their departure.
