Welcome to our newly built house in Greece. The floor consists of three bedrooms with beds for 5 people, a well-equipped kitchen and an open-plan living room, as well as a bathroom. Large lovely veranda with wonderful sea view and view of green rolling hills, as well as private pool ten steps from the bedroom. The house consists of two apartments, the lower part is rented out, the upper apartment is usually only in use by us during the winter months. The floor is equipped with air conditioning, which is a must during the summer months. From your pool area there is a incredible view of Mani and the Taygetus mountain range.

We are a couple that live in Stockholm and sometimes also the Koroni area. We have two grown up children. We look forward to providing a great stay!

The house is located high up in Livadakia, which is a small village on the Peloponnese peninsula (close to Koroni). It is a very quiet area, where you only hear birds chirping and cicadas and the occasional rooster. The village is rural with narrow roads winding between houses and olive groves. Ten minutes by car will take you to Koroni, a charming and lively little town by the sea, where you'll find lots of cute little shops and a great selection of restaurants, bars and cafes along the seafront. On the way to Koroni, you also drive past a large grocery store. There is much to see and explore on the Peloponnese Peninsula. Examples of popular excursion destinations are the Polylimnios waterfall, Voidokilia beach, Pylos, Methoni Castle, Koroni Castle. If you want to go further, there is, for example, the archaeological site of Olympia, which is a large area whose ruins date from the 9th century BC. and consists of athletic training areas, a stadium and temples dedicated to the gods Hera and Zeus. Also Mani and the Taygetus mountain range is a great day out.
