Villa Plastiras is a beautiful, exciting property in Sidari. Enjoying the very best location in the center of the famous resort of Sidari, this spacious villa can sleep up to 12 guests in 6 air-conditioned bedrooms and features a large private pool. LAYOUT: Inside, the villa is cleverly divided into 4 self-contained units, each having independent access, yet rented all together as a whole unique, detached villa to benefit from the exclusive use of the grounds and the pool. On the ground floor there are 2 studios (1 with double bed, 1 with twin beds) each featuring its own shower room). On the ground floor there is also a spacious, fully equipped kitchen with dining table for 14 where all our guests can dine together as well as a comfortable lounge area and an extra bathroom with shower. The kitchen now features also a water purification system with osmosis therefore the water is drinkable. A large staircase leads to the upper floor, where 2 identical 2-bedroomed apartments are located. Each apartment features one double bedroom, a twin bedroom, a small sitting area and a bathroom with shower over. All the rooms have private furnished balconies overlooking the pool patio and are air-conditioned (included in the rental price). This clever design allows maximum flexibility to our guests, allowing them to spend long hours together yet having the maximum privacy when required or at night.
