Giannis and Maria, the owner of the residences, come from Zakynthos and together with their sons Dionysis and Nikos have come back to their home place in order to provide their guests with a genuine taste of Greek and Zante-like hospitality.

Our village Lagopodo, is a unique and lush location convenient for hiking or cycling towards the village of Kiliomenos (St. Nicholas) in a distance of 6km from the town of Zakynthos and the port, 5km from the airport, while in a distance of 5-9km the visitor can find the prettiest south beaches of the island and some of the most famous northern coasts (Keri, Marathia, Laganas, Kalamaki, Tsilivi, Limnionas, Porto Roxa, etc.) Near the complex there is one traditional tavern with homemade food and local wine, only 100m away. Finally, in a distance less than 1km away, you can find the well known monastery of Panagia Eleftherotria and the beautiful Enetic style church of Agia Mavra with its bell tower, which is of unique architecture and rare acoustic. There are also multiple supermarkets within a 1km radius. These sites constitute two of the main attractions of the island, while the famous beach of the island called “Navagio” is just 30 minutes away by car.
