Villa Terpsi is an old stone house that renovated in 2020 to be functional and responsive to the specifications of a modern house, with respect to its architecture of the house, its antiquity and the natural landscape that surrounds it. The villa with a total area of ​​120 sq.m. develops around a central inner courtyard overlooking the village that stretches to the opposite slope and bay of Kissamos. It consists of the main building, some auxiliaries areas, as was customary in the old farmhouses, and the garden with pool. In the main building, on two levels, are the living room, the kitchen and one twin bedroom and bathroom. From the living room an interior staircase leads to the "being", there is another double bedroom bed, bathroom and a large terrace overlooking the sea. From the yard and utilizing one of the auxiliary spaces of the house, one has access to the third bedroom which also has a double bed, a sofa bed and its own bathroom. In total in the villa can accommodate from 2 to 8 people as in the living room there is one still single bed.
