All the properties we manage, apartments, houses or villas, have been carefully chosen: we keep the number of properties small, so we can make sure that what we offer is perfect.

The villa's 3 levels offer plenty of indoor room for up to 10-11 guests. On the ground floor guests may enjoy the kitchen and living room, together with a WC and bedroom I with double bed. Balcony doors give direct access to the patio, where guests may enjoy their morning coffee before heading for a swim. Climbing the stairs to the upper floor, guests will find a second modern living room where we have added 2 single beds, and of course its own balcony. Lie on the balcony chairs to get a bit of sun or look at the night sky: serenity at its best! Master bedroom is located right next to the living room, along with a bathroom with shower cabin. The villa also has a lower level that is underground, where a smaller kitchenette, dining space, bathroom and two more bedrooms are located. Both bedrooms have double beds and are minimally designed. Please note that one of the bedrooms of the lower floor does not have a window nor skylight. There is also an extra sofa bed on this floor, where another guest can sleep.

What is great about villa Thelma is that it is just a stone's throw from a sandy beach. This means that you won't need to use the car everyday, unless of course you wish to explore more places and beaches in the area - and there are plenty! Ormos Panagias, the nearest village, is ideally situated to the east side of Sithonia. It is a small fishermen's village, with fish taverns, bar, bakery and mini market. Some of the best beaches of Halkidiki are located at a close distance (Vourvourou, Kalamitsi etc.), and the town of Nikiti, a highly touristic one, is less than 10 kilometers away and is worth a visit for a wider range of restaurants and large supermarkets. As an extension to the villa, right in front of the garden, there is a very nice canteen! Just the perfect spot, cozy enough to enjoy a quick meal after the beach. This very recently renovated villa in Sithonia is ideal for families with young children and large groups of people who are looking for a spacious space to spend their holidays right next to the sea, as the complex has 2 more villas: Louise and Achilles.
