When you see a luxurious villa named Villa Verde, you know more or less what to expect, since verde is green in Italian; and indeed, this Villa lives up to its name, as its offers a wonderful view of the surrounding area and its lush, Mediterranean greenery. Naturally, one shouldn’t forget mentioning the comfortable spaces, the top-class decoration and the amazing swimming pool! The vast, two-story villa measures 110 sq.m. and accommodates up to 7 persons. Entering Villa Verde through its entrance on the ground floor, the guests find the elegantly decorated living room, the dining area, the fully equipped modern kitchen and a bathroom with a shower. The staircase leads to the first floor, where three bedrooms and a bathroom with a shower are located. Two of the bedrooms are equipped with a double bed each and have access to a shared balcony with an amazing view of the surrounding area and the sea. The third bedroom is equipped with two single beds which can be combined into a double. One of the villa’s highlights is the wonderful swimming pool: there is nothing like enjoying a swim under the Mediterranean sun, while waiting for delicious meals to be prepared on the built BBQ! *The pool is heated and included in the price from March to June 15 and from September to October; for stays between June 15 and August 31, pool heating is available upon request at an additional charge*

Villa Verde is located in Kallithea, a small settlement about 15km away from the island’s capital, Zante Town. The location enjoys a wonderful view and is surrounded by lush greenery. Near the villa, the guests will find the popular Black Cave, a strange natural formation, as well as interesting historical sights, such as the old Agia Marina church. The tourist resort of Alykes, offering taverns, coffee shops and a fantastic beach, is just a few minutes’ drive away!
