The villa was built in 2023 and finished a very high contemporary chic standard. There are 3 comfortable bedrooms each with its own ensuite and large doors opening onto the front terrace.
A beautiful open plan kitchen with all modern and high spec equipment. A tastefully decorated living space flows out through huge glass doors onto the terrace.
Outside the private pool is complemented by excellent dining and seating spaces to enjoy weather and views.
The villa is well suited to small families or couples. The space also work exceptionally well for two or more couples holidaying together.
The villa is tucked away in a corner and not overlooked, giving it privacy.
A very efficient local team, maintains the property and is available if you need assistance.
Kefalonia hosts a large number of holidaymakers through high season. Kefalonians are very hospitable and welcoming. Lourdata is quiet, safe and charming. The ideal base to enjoy this most charming island.
