The fully equipped kitchen, featuring all modern appliances, makes a self-catered holiday seem effortless, while the 6-seater dining table promises delightful meals with your loved ones. The bedroom features a Queen-size bed (1,60 x 2,00), a floor-to-ceiling closet, a safe deposit box, and a self-controlled A/C. Strolling up the stairs in the attic, you will find the second bedroom. This bedroom features 2 twin-size beds (0,90 x 2,00) which can be joined together to form a King-size bed, upon request, a closet, a self-controlled A/C, a desk, and direct access to your own private balcony, to admire the views of the natural landscape. Outdoor area The exterior of Xagnados offers many facilities including: - A private, 20 sq.m. swimming pool, 1.30 m deep with step access - The pool area is equipped with 4 sun beds, side tables, a poolside shower, and 2 umbrellas - BBQ facilities with charcoal grill, a wood oven, a sink, and cupboard space. - Two outdoor dining areas for 4 guests under a shaded pergola - Οut door sitting area - Garden and lawn-covered area for kids to play - Parking space for 2 cars inside the villa premises under a shaded canopy. ** The pool can be heated with an additional daily charge. **Accommodation cost excludes Climate Resilience Tax. The amount for the accommodation type is set at 8 euros per night from April to October and 2 euros per night from November to March, payable upon check-in.
