A beautiful new country house in Akrotiri, in a privileged spot with stunning views of the Ionian Sea, the city and the harbor, designed with the emphasis on the detail and the layout of its premises. In shades of olive green and purple lavender, it has the built characteristics of the Ionian Islands: the iron gate, the green pathway that leads to the house, the old two-leaf door, the handmade furniture and tiles. The large courtyards are surrounded by olive trees and rosemaries, forming pleasant niches with a unique view. The owners have opted for environmentally friendly options such as large windows for natural light, ceiling fans for natural cooling and infrared heating. Nevertheless, "Viletta" has also A/C.
