The Aegean Sea, the sandy beaches embracing the island all around, the oak forests in the mainland, the nearby distance from the port of Lavrion (just 16 nautical miles-1 hour by ship) and the local stone rural houses were the source of inspiration for the construction of our modern studios made out of Tzian stone. All the above led us three decades ago to the island of Kea (Tzia) which we loved and bonded with. Our prime aim is the pleasant and comfortable stay of our guests. Our studios are designed in such a way so as to ensure privacy (and the respective seclusion if needed.)The members of the family owning ``Vourkari Village`` personally attend to all details as to the operation of the complex. ``Vourkari Village`` is the ideal location for a vacation with family or friends.Transportation on the island is possible by local buses, taxis and cars. Tzia has a fine road network and renting agencies for cars and motorbikes.

Property information

We created ``Vourkari Village`` a complex of 8 stone-built luxurious fully furnished studios within reach (just 15 minutes’ on foot) from the picturesque cosmopolitan little harbor of Vourkari. Furthermore, we are at a 100 meters’ distance from the main road of Korissia-Vourkari-Otzia by a rural road in a very good condition. All studios are built upon a smooth piece of land of almost 2,9 acres. They all have their own balcony or yard. Each one of them bears the name of a well-known location, beach or settlement of the island of Tzia and they are in full harmony with the natural environment. Excellent heat-insulation and air-conditioning are also provided. The furniture is of minimal style with shades of grey and a combination of wood and metal.The decoration has been made with love and special care and as a result the atmosphere reveals an excellent sense of style.The access towards coffee-shops, restaurants,bars in Vourkari for an afternoon or evening walk is possible without the use of a car.Vourkari is a meeting point for yachts and people,2 kilometers from the port Korissia,7,5 kilometers from Ioulida,3 kilometers from the beach-bay of Otzia and a few minutes from Yialiskari
