It is located on the ground floor of a seven-story residential building in a quiet and safe area next to the park of the SNFCC. It can accommodate up to 2 people, has a comfortable double bed, TV, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom and closet.The apartment is ideal for a couple or individual and business travelers. Free parking on public road.

Easy access to the beaches of Athens for swimming by tram from station "Tzitzifies", the tram station is less than a minute of the apartment.
