There is a limit on daily electricity consumption of 50kwh, above which an extra fee of 0.30 euros per Kwh is charged and collected at the apartment at check-out. 2. The owner, the property manager and the cleaning staff can enter the house at will while accommodating quests, in order to check the need of cleanliness, to provide help in changing sheets and to check the overall condition of the property. 3. Old sheets and towels are going to change to new ones every 3 days.
