A typical Greek stone traditional house in a private space with all commodities located on a natural tranquil site surrounded by the green of olive trees and the ruins of the old village. Panoramic view to the antical site the historical castle of Ali Pasha and to the Ionian sea. The position of the villa is perfect as it offers space and nature but also only 5 minutes away from the harbour of Parga with all the shops , restaurants and cafes. Apart from the private pool of 32 sqm you can visit a variety of beautiful beaches within few minutes drive like Valtos beach, Parga beach, Sarakiiko beach , Karavostasi beach and more.
A local woman born and raised in the village who can provide all the information about the region , places to visit and activities to do.
On the back of Zarmine villa , a typical stone old house owned by a greek family as a holiday home. The rest of the houses in the village are 3 minutes walking distance away. Once you are in the villa you feel a complete privacy in a natural mediterrenean environment.
