Apartamento moderno en un lugar exclusivo de la ciudad de Guatemala, ubicado a 5 min. caminando de Paseo Cayalá. Cuenta con TV en ambos dormitorios, Aire acondicionado, wifi, escritorio para trabajar, 2 parqueos en el sótano, seguridad 24 horas. El edificio cuenta con piscina y gimnasio.
