Welcome to our newly renovated (2024) top-floor apartment! The apartment is located on the top floor of a 2 floor house. It is self-contained and you will enjoy your own access. It has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The master bedroom (double bed) has an ensuite bathroom with direct access out onto the balcony. The second bedroom is adjacent to the second bathroom, which is slightly larger. Both bathrooms have a shower and their own toilet, with a washing machine in the ensuite. The kitchen is full functional and equipped with all the essentials you will need to cater for your holiday. There is a small table (2 chairs) located in the kitchen which can easily be taken outside to the balcony attached to the entrance. We recommend this for your morning coffee. The living room is spacious and consists of an extra large couch that can be pulled out into a double bed. The living room exists out onto the balcony with views over Brac island. It also has a small dining table with 4 chairs, and a TV and air-conditioner that services the entire apartment. This is a newly built property. You will get to enjoy a new space and we welcome your feedback to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable.
