Hello friends, my name is Una and I am so happy to welcome you to my home on the smallest inhabited island in the Mediterranean. As a nature lover I enjoy Krapanj's stillness and mesmerizing sunsets. If you are looking for true relaxing holiday without traffic and digital pollution, you came to the right place and my House of joy is perfect for you. I intend to turn my house into a self sustainable property in near future and I hope that you will support that by reducing waste, recycling, not using electricity if it's not necessary and by using non-toxic cosmetic products. Also, reducing the use of electronics contributes to your overall health and helps you relax more, sleep better and reset your body and mind which is why you came here for.Please note that in case of shorter stays up to 4 nights you might share the house with me, with separate rooms of course. You will be informed upon booking if that will be the case. Also, if you are staying more than 14 days, you will need to pay the utilities you have spent during your stay, which shouldn't be high if you are rational when using water and AC. This will make your overall experience better and the environment happier. My house is not a luxury property, so don't expect high class accommodation with golden handles or things like that. It's my home where I usually live and it shows so please bare that in mind when booking my House of Joy. The house was renovated in spring 2024, so please bare that in mind when handling the property.

As a adventure tour guide and a tourism manager I would like to share my enthusiasm of Krapanj with you. After all the adventures and activity I always enjoyed coming back to this island for a complete body and mind reset and that's the feeling I would like to share with you. I am a nature lover and an active person who cannot stay in one place for long, and jet, I keep coming back to Krapanj...and stay there until I feel completely relaxed and with full batteries. But, don't take my word on Krapanj's power of attraction and possibility of resetting ones entire being, come and experience it for yourself.

Even thought it's one of the main streets on the island, you will find it's as peaceful as you were in a secluded village. Actually, entire island is peaceful so no matter if ti's the main street or a side one, it's the same. Everything is on 5 minutes walking distance from the house: the bars and restaurants, ATM, hotel beach with a diving school and secluded beaches for your privacy. Near the house there is also a sponge souvenir shop and a old tower clock that makes you think you are stuck in time on the island (it stopped on 4:12 pm so we like to say time on the island has stopped on 4:12 pm forever). Occasional party from a nearby bar is a chance to go wild from time to time and remember your younger days (or just as you are today). In nearby towns of Vodice and Primosten you can find nightclubs and nightlife and city of Sibenik offers loads of cultural events and historical insights. No matter your preferences, I am certain you will find what suites you best and let the island show you the Krapanj way of life.
