Villa Clara extends on 1400m2 and interior of the on 700m2.On the Ground floor Villa features main entrance from which it is easy to come up to all the other rooms. On the left side is the entrance to the fully equipped kitchen, on the right is a guest toilet and a small storage room. From the left side is the spacious living room that has a lots of daylight thanks to the glass walls that extend through the entire wall of the living room, which also overlooks the pool, the sea and the beautiful sunset. Between living room and the bedrooms there is a hallway leading to the stairs to the garage and stairs to the first floor. On the first floor, Villa features two bedrooms that share a balcony with beautiful view on the Zadar archipelago, bathroom and a second living room / library/ game room/children interior playground. Spacious terrace overlooking the pool and the property extends more than 50m2. And great green lawn ideal for soccer games. The whole villa has air conditioning in every room, heater in the bathroom and free Wi-Fi. Entrance gate as well as the garage doors open remotely. In the basement there is a fitness center with selected devices, and a laundry room.
