Property information

Upon check in, you will have to pay the security deposit of 400 euros. The deposit will be returned to you at check out, if there is no damage in the property. This villa is an expansive villa that can easily accommodate up to 10 people. While it is a single property it actually consists of 2 completely functional separate apartments which makes it ideal for a multi-family holiday with friends or relatives. Everything centres on a lovely outdoor pool where everybody can come together to enjoy the sun or have a meal in the outdoor dining area. However, if you want to relax alone or in smaller groups the property is full of many quiet places, like the gallery or the balconies, where you can enjoy a cup of coffee or a good book. The kids will have a fun time in the garden or on the trampoline.

The villa is situated in the very centre of Istria in the small town of Lindar. You can enjoy the peace and the quiet of the picturesque landscape or take a short walk to the nearby café or restaurant. If you will need to do some shopping or look for a bigger gastronomical selection the city of Pazin is only about 3 km away. Pazin also offers opportunities for historic and natural sightseeing, like the old Pazin castle or the Pazin Cave (Pazinska jama) where you an see the river Pazinčica flow underground. Adrenaline lovers can also try out the Pazin Cave zip-line over the river.
