Two bedroom apartment with terrace on amazing location, fully equiped kitchen, flat screen TV, free WiFi, bathroom with shower and washing machine.
Along the coastal road there are beaches, as well as numerous cafes, restaurants and two marinas, and here is also the seat of the Uskok Sailing Club.
In this part of the city there is also a large hotel complex Falkensteiner Resort Borik, as well as Borik campsite, so Puntamika is one of the most popular bathing resorts and holiday resorts, both for tourists and for the local population. Old town is 10 minutes drive away.
For any reservation which is 28 nights or longer special monthly discount and special conditions apply: electricity utility cost is excluded from the total price and it is payed monthly based on the actual consumption. Every two weeks cleaning service is mandatory to change bed linen and towels which is excluded from the total price.
