Dear guests. :) Our apartment was completely renovated in 2014, and for each season we introduce new changes by listening to your wishes and needs. It is located in a quiet neighborhood, only a 5-minute walk from the beaches. The nearest beach, Gortanova uvala, is part of a 1 mile long coast consisting of several attractive beaches (Mornar, Gortanova uvala, Valkane), so if you find one beach crowded there will be no problem finding a suitable place because the famous Lungo mare promenade is 3.5 kilometers and surrounded by sea and forest. :) Pula is quite a small town so you don't need much time to move from one place to another. It takes 20 minutes to walk to the city center, and if guests travel by car, it does not take more than 5 - 15 minutes to reach any point of Pula. The space consists of two bedrooms. The master bedroom has a double bed and the extra bedroom has two single beds that can be joined together. In the living room there is a sofa bed that can accommodate two people. The living room is connected to the dining room and also has access to a balcony overlooking the sea. The kitchen is equipped with all necessary appliances. We are here for other informations :)

Hello :) My name is Matija, together with my family and girlfriend Stefani I lead this small project. We had more than 30 families staying in the apartment. I am happy to say that there were no problems or negative reviews regarding the apartment, and my family and I are working to keep our place in top shape. I must emphasize that I live only 10 minutes from the apartment, so if the guest has any problems, they can contact me at any time of the day or night and I will be happy to help. They can also give directions, point out places you need to see, show the neighborhood or even the city. I am glad to take my time and focus on the guest to fully enjoy their stay in our beautiful city. I speak English fluently, and I started learning Italian in May (although it will take some time to bring my Italian to a point where I can communicate freely with the guest).

The apartment is located in Gortanova street, a quiet street located in part of Pula called Veruda. The neighbourhood mainly consists of houses with gardens, although a set of apartment buildings were bulit in the seventies (the apartment is located in one of those apartment buildings). There is a supermarket, a pizzeria and a fast food place just 5 minutes form the apartment and a farmers market about 10 minutes form the apartment.
