New building, brand new furniture and kitchen.
The apartment is near public transportation.
It has very nice balcony with sofas and coffee table to enjoy free time.
The apartment is placed in new block very close to Arena Center (3 mins drive).
Surounded with new buildings, near public transport but not directly on the main street, offers quiet and peaceful rest and overnight sleep.
Using car or uber services, city centre is not more than 15 minutes away.
