Apartman se nalazi na 3.katu i ima predivan panoramski pogled na cijeli Kvarnerski zaljev. Idealan je za obitelji s djecom. 350 m od apartmana se nalazi autobusna stanica, Opatija je udaljena samo 2.8 km, dok je Rijeka udaljena 14 km.
