Newly renovated apartment LuNi with pool is located in a quiet place Sveti Anton, 2.5 km away from Malinska. This modern apartment will provide you with complete relaxation and rest that you have been dreaming about all year round. The apartment is located in a family house on the 1st floor and is surrounded by a large and beautifully landscaped garden. It consists of a living room, fully equipped kitchen, three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The apartment also has access to a balcony with a beautiful view of the sea and the surrounding area. The kitchen is equipped with a gas stove (4 hotplates), a dishwasher, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a microwave, a coffee machine, a toaster and an electric kettle. Two bedrooms are double beds while the third room has two single beds. The bathrooms are equipped with a shower, toilet and hairdryer. The apartment is air-conditioned, has internet access, mosquito nets, satellite TV and an iron and washing machine. Minimalist details bring personality and modern style to the space, thus contributing to the creation of a relaxed atmosphere. A spacious turquoise pool greatly adorns this newly renovated apartment. It is surrounded by Mediterranean plants and is equipped with garden furniture with fixed sun protection, sun loungers, has night lighting and an outdoor shower with solar heating. Guests also have free covered parking place. The outdoor grill is located in the yard and you can have fun with it in the company of your family or friends. It is this segment of the apartment that is often the most loved, which contributes to a dose of intimacy and a kind of isolation, because there you can completely relax.
