Apartment Nico, PET FRIENDLY, is located on the ground floor of the old Opatija villa Hubertus in Volosko. Apartment of 60 m2, with private entrance and complete privacy. The apartment provides comfortable accommodation for 4 people. It consists of a living room with sea view, kitchen and dining room, one bedroom and a bathroom. The terrace also overlooks the sea, ideal for breakfast, coffee and evening relaxation surrounded by bamboo and palm trees. The location of the apartment is 80 m from the sea.
The location is very quiet. Crossing the road we come to the famous Opatija promenade Lungo Mare which stretches from Preluk to Lovran. You are a few minutes away from the center of Volosko and in ten minutes in the center of Opatija. Nearby there are shops, post office, veterinary station and cafes, pastry shop, galleries, restaurants and the gym. Nearby are two bus stops and a charging station for electric cars
