Set in Matulji, a 7min ride from Beach Crnikovica, House Vertel offers 2 apartments (2 and 3 bedroom) with an outdoor swimming pool and air conditioning. These apartments has a private pool, a garden with barbecue facility with free WiFi and private parking. A sun terrace with a wonderful view to the sea, mountains and pool is available for guests in both apartments Both apartment features spacious bedrooms, a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, an equipped kitchens with a dishwasher, a washing machine, and 1 bathroom. For added convenience, the property provides towels and bed linens without charge.
Our goal is to keep our guest happy and feeling like at home. Upon your arrival (and also randomly during your stay), we will offer you complimentary drinks, snack and tips&tricks about what to do and see. This has been our way of showing appreciation to you as a guest visiting our beautiful Country.
