Studio apartment Fenestra is an ideal place for a couple to relax and enjoy. It is completely new and modern, built in 2020. The Studio apartment is one of the 5 remaining apartments in the same building, but it is spacious and offers privacy. As of summer season 2024., we offer you big swimming pool, if you stay longer then per one night it is without additional cost, otherwise it is 10 euros per person for day. Studio apartment features a kitchen with all neccesary for preparing your meals, lounge area with a flat TV screen and a double bed for good night sleep. At the entrance, there is plenty of space for you to store your things, such as coats, shoes, bags, suitcases, etc, and it has a big closet as well. The outdoor space offers a common terrace, children's playground, a big green garden and meadow, and a grill space with a covered gazebo. The Apartment has free parking in front and it is only 100 meters from the river Gacka, that flows just below the apartment. We welcome our guests with pet dogs , however we need you to inform us on the number of dogs and their size, since there is additional cost per night if you bring dogs. If you stay in the apartment you will be in the rural natural environment, just 30 km from Plitvice Lakes, a 40 minutes drive to the nearest seaside (Senj), or an hour of drive to Zadar. We are one and half hours away from Zagreb, and 2 hours away from Split and Rijeka., meaning we are in the center of Croatia.
