**** Two apartment units in the newly built building on the south side and the entrance to the parking lot are leaning on the residential area of Kraljice Jelena Street. **** On the north side, pedestrian access to the building is located at 80 Nikola Zrinskog Street, one of the central streets for access to the city center. **** We don't do better than others, we do it differently.
