I live in a famous Zagreb neighbourhood, located on a small hill. Green zone - trees and shade. Vintage style 4 stars furnished apartment, newly renovated and only 10 minutes’ walk from the Main Square. Luxury equipped apartment in a family house with two antique furnished bedrooms (one with double bed, the other with two single beds), a living room, a fully equipped open concept kitchen/dining room The basics (salt, pepper, sugar, oil, vinegar, coffee) are also provided. A covered terrace is accessible through the kitchen - there you can eat your meals or just drink coffee regardless of the weather. This space can also be used by smokers as this is a nonsmoking apartment. The luxurious bathroom is equipped with a large walk-in shower and floor heating. This is extremely quiet neighborhood so you don't have to worry about noise from the street. Free parking is available on the street in front of the building, or, if you prefer it, in the yard, secured by a locked gate. Zagreb tourist board brochures will be provided free.

I am 31 years old, born in Zagreb, love my city, its people, culture, sights and history. Travelling was always my passion. When I was a student, I travelled a lot with my friends, or alone, my moto was: just keep moving. Love music, I play the guitar, prefer the acoustic to electric, but music was always my big love and joy, besides travelling and meeting different people, learning about new cultures and customes. I live with my family and my one year old boxer. Bumba - the best dog and companion ever, she is still a baby, playful, cheerful and very affectionate to my family and people. We do a lot of hiking together, and discovering new mountains or just taking a stroll or long walks and enjoying the nature. Reading is also my passion, I am crazy about Umberto Eco, Tolkien, Solzhenitsyn, Amos Oz, Kundera and our own nobel winner Ivo Andric. Couchsourfing was great when I travelled, and many people came to my place, and now we are friends, and write each other e-mails, and with few I stayed in touch. My dearest trip was to North Cape, absolutely stunning and most beautiful scenery.

The apartment is situated a walking distance away from the town Centre (a 15 minute stroll) and an Olympic sport center (gym, tennis, handball, ice hockey, football, skating, swimming, etc.). For detailed info please google the map to see where the apartment is located. The convenience store, a newsstand, a bakery, a bar, and a night club, are a few minutes’ walk away. So, you have it all: peace, quiet, parties, relaxation, recreation, or just be lazy and do absolutely nothing. A Taxi stop is located on the same street as the apartment, a minute walk away. A 5 minute walk up the street takes you to the bus stop, and the tram station is about 4 minutes’ walk downhill. The tram takes 2 stops to the city's main square. If you decide to do it on foot, you can take a stroll through the beautiful Ribnjak Park and be at the main square in just 15 min, the Cathedral as well as the picturesque Dolac Open Market and other historical sites in 10 min. A sport center is a 5 minute walk from the apartment; beautiful ancient cemetery is a mere 10 minutes’ walk away.
